1) BAL REVIVAL - BALBOA CLASSES & SOCIAL DANCING
Our Balboa classes start back this week, on Tuesday 10th January, after our Christmas break. This week will be the first Tuesday in the monthly block, so we're starting a new cycle for the beginners' class. This month's topic will be Pure Balboa (i.e. closed-hold Balboa). These beginners' classes run in a monthly cycle, with each week building on the material learnt in the previous weeks that month. Absolute beginners will therefore find it easier to start on the first Tuesday of the month, when we assume no prior knowledge at all, although you can drop in any time. The classes will be suitable for complete beginners, but will also be useful for more experienced dancers wishing to brush up their basics and make sure their Pure Balboa is fluid, relaxed and dreamy.
